Planning in Laramie County

Planning integrates economic, social and environmental issues into a single practice. We do this through the implementation of the Laramie County Comprehensive Plan. The Plan provides vision and goals to evaluate growth on multiple levels to develop appropriate infrastructure, to plan for critical services, to lay the foundation for economic prosperity and to preserve our Western heritage.
