Copies of regular food service inspection reports are available here in a format which is convenient for citizens to review. For followup and/or complaint inspections please drop by our office at 100 Central Ave.

Since they are copies you may find some of the information difficult to read, so we have provided a blank inspection form (pdf format) that you can view and/or print out for use as a guide.
