There are three different categories that make up Juvenile Cases.

  • Juvenile Delinquent (Charged with Misdemeanors/Felonies)
  • Children In Need of Supervision (CHINS)
  • Neglect or Abuse

All juvenile records are CONFIDENTIAL and under no circumstances will any information be given out regarding these cases.
